Pierre Maciag trained in architecture and design in both France an the US. He has over 20 years of global experience managing a variety of the design project, from conception to completion, in over 15 different countries, his projects include a 100 million dollar budget project in Phuket, Thailand, furniture, interior and hospitality design for some of the wold's leading hotels. Pierre has an insatiable appetite for adventure and travel and is adept at taking a creative approach to realizing client's needs within budget. Among Pierre's distinctions in an award he won for best interior design of a multi-million dollar hotel.
Born and raised in Shanghai, Kay Kuo, was trained in design in Los Angeles and New York city, cities where she also lived and worked and which inspired her passion for design. Returning to Shanghai in 2002, as a Senior Design Partner at Maxk Design, she has worked on a range of design projects for top clients, including world-class restaurants, high-end homes and large hotel projects in China. Her innovative designs meld a passion for Chinese fashion, art and culture with her international experience, often resulting in a funky Asian inspired mystique and have been featured in numerous media across China. She was recently selected by one publication as one of the top 100 creative people in Shanghai.
